The Fire District is essential to daily life in Montecito. Board decisions should reflect both the needs of the people responding to emergencies and the neighbors counting on them.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Montecito is where my family lives, where I work, and where I have spent years serving alongside neighbors. Being appointed to the Board in March 2026 gave me the opportunity to contribute to the district’s future. I’m asking voters to let me continue.
I believe a director’s job is to listen carefully, ask useful questions, and make decisions that will hold up over time.

SUPPORT THE WORK, STEWARD THE RESOURCES
Our firefighters and staff deserve the training, equipment, and support to serve safely and effectively. Residents deserve clear explanations of the choices their Board makes with public resources.
I will continue to approach those choices with respect for the district’s professionals, an open mind, and a focus on Montecito’s long-term needs.
